What is the future of natural refrigerants in Europe? This and many other questions have been answered at ATMOsphere Europe in Warsaw on 16 and 17 October.

Refrigeration players from all over the world joined together to share information, create networks and stay up to date on the latest market trends, not only in the application of cold to the food sector, but also to healthcare, data storage, industry and all its many uses.

The organizer, Shecco Base, celebrated the tenth edition of this event by telling the audience what has changed in these last 10 years. As an example, in 2008 there were only 140 CO2 installations worldwide; today, in 2019, the number has grown to 30,000.

But there is still a long way to go, especially in the least developed countries. The main challenge remains always the same: to cool down an increasingly warm world, but without heating it further.

The responsibility is great but, in the words of one of the speakers, "The risk of not acting is enormous".

Arneg joins this global call, the call to act in the interests of all: of the environment, of people, of companies, but above all of future generations.
